I really enjoyed the property and its well priced breakfast.
my room was big size and huge with a fine bathroom. location: the hotel was next to a nearest tram station a kilometer or so away as well as bordeaux and/or the airport. and it's at a short distance from la cabane de raba, ate there once or twice.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The management was welcoming. Drinks were available at the check-in counter, which was nice since nothing was open in the area when we were there.
The hotel was very difficult to find. There are no restaurants in the vicinity and nowhere to get coffee in the morning if you don't take the hotel breakfast. We walked around at night and in the morning and could not find anywhere to eat or get a drink. The rooms were small, but adequate.

The sound-proofed rooms are excellent, I got undisturbed nights' sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very good. The wi-fi signal was strong. The air conditioning system was very efficient. The vending machine is there for snacks, though a little on the expensive side. I did not use the breakfast or dinner facilities, so can not comment on the standard. The place will seem a little clinical and 'cold' to some, but it suited my needs perfectly (I had my small dog with me and also needed on-site parking). I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment.
The automated check-in would not accept my credit card, no reason given, fortunately there was a member of staff on hand to book me in personally but I dread to think how the situation would have been resolved 'out of hours'.

For our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price we paid for a family room. The room itself was spacious and clean, with reliable wifi and a modern bathroom. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its convenient location, easily accessible from the airport and with nearby tram stations for exploring the city. Another advantage we enjoyed was the delicious breakfast buffet for an additional cost, offering a variety of tasty options to start our day.
One of the few negatives we experienced was the difficulty in checking in, as there were no staff available until late afternoon. This left us feeling uneasy about the hotel's handling of our personal information and payment details.

We chose this hotel due primarily due to its location, as we were driving back to London from Portugal and needed somewhere near Bordeaux. The photos of the hotel on the website showed the rooms to be clean and modern, and we weren't disappointed. Our room had a large lcd tv which was a nice surprise. The hotel also offers free wifi and free secure parking. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and recommended a fantastic restaurant which was only 500m away. We will definitely be staying here again!
There was only one tiny thing that I would suggest as an improvement, and that is that there were no cold meats available in the continental breakfast. There were plenty of jams, cheese, cereals and different breads, along with numerous different hot and cold drinks though. As previously mentioned, this was an almost irrelevant issue, and I wouldn't want it to put anyone off from staying at this lovely hotel.
